He joined E ~ Paradigm with over 35 years of experience as a senior financial and administration executive for a variety of commercial and private organizations both domestically and internationally, demonstrating a proven track record in managing organizations through periods of transition and rapid expansion.
Edgar leverages his background in political science and business administration to build strong business relationships. For over ten years, he has also served as an advocate and financial broker in the renewable energy sector. Additionally, Edgar is fluent in Spanish.

Angel M. Sepulveda (Executive Producer /Producer /Director/ Writer/ Cinematographer) is a multifaceted independent filmmaker, producer, director, and cinematographer whose career reflects a unique fusion of artistic vision, technical expertise, and public service. With over two decades of experience in the film and media industry, Angel has established himself as a powerful creative force with a growing influence on the silver screen.
Born with a passion for storytelling and visual arts, Angel began his cinematic journey as a production assistant on Spike Lee’s iconic film Malcolm X, where he gained firsthand experience on a major motion picture set. This formative opportunity ignited his lifelong commitment to film and launched a prolific career in various roles behind the camera.
Angel went on to earn a full scholarship to the renowned Pratt Institute in New York, where he sharpened his skills in film production, editing, cinematography, and storytelling. This formal training, combined with his early industry exposure, laid the foundation for a career defined by versatility and innovation.
He is the founder and creative force behind Sepulveda Films, and E - Paradigm Productions both a Virginia-based production company that specializes in commercials, music videos, political campaign ads, corporate content, and feature-length narratives. Through this venture, Angel has directed and produced a wide range of projects including national advertising campaigns and culturally resonant narratives. One of his most notable commercial works includes the Michael and Son Super Bowl commercial featuring Mike Tyson — a blend of humor, celebrity, and brand storytelling that reached millions.
In the realm of independent cinema, Angel made his directorial debut with the feature film College Park, a coming-of-age story that reflects his ability to weave authentic human experiences with cinematic artistry. He continues to develop and contribute to independent film projects that reflect his unique voice and cultural perspective.
Beyond the entertainment industry, Angel has used his skills in service of public communication and national interest. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, he was a lead producer for the COVID-19 Joint Information Center (JIC) under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. In this role, he coordinated multimedia campaigns across all major HHS agencies and produced an extensive series of public service announcements (PSAs) that were instrumental in conveying urgent health information to the American public. His work helped bridge the gap between federal messaging and public understanding during one of the most critical health crises in modern history.
Building on this foundation of trust and impact, Angel took on a vital role as a Producer for the U.S. Secret Service in 2022. In this position, he manages high-level media production supporting national security communication, training, and public outreach — a testament to his reliability, discretion, and creative leadership in high-stakes environments.
